The Mekong River Commission (MRC) Information and Knowledge Management Programme (IKMP) is developing and expanding its modeling framework. FutureWater was asked to support the process by developing a complete strategy and to prepare a set of tender documents for implementation of the strategy. The project resulted in six specific Program Implementation Plans (PMP) and six associated tender documents.
